What am I thinking
So I decided to put down some thoughts. Feel free to say what you feel? It is written in chat style if you are wondering where the fullstops and commas went.so the questions is what is happening over here?
nothing much I suppose
Everybody is propbably voting or something
anyway
It is great to know that I will be leaving the country soon to go and work in New Zealand
Building a new life abroad in a first world country
we are probably the most unstable country in the world
I feel that to much emphasis is being put on BEE and AA
yes the oppretion was bad but geez….the generation of people coming through never went through that oppretion
I just don’t know if voting helps
People vote but they have no idea why
so sad
I heard that 140 memebers from the ANC walked over to the DA in the week….
Well I suppose something will happen eventually
The corruption is getting really bad in this country and we are only stats in this country
we are not being governed but we are being dictated to
Who knows
Here is a theory
Like the USSR once stood so we stand in the USSA
United Socialistic South Africa
communism
Now there is a Novelty
communism in the most liberal country in the world
we call our selves liberal for having freedom of speech
but even that gets tossed out of the door
who the hell in their right minds would allow more that two political parties in a country
silly I tell you
a waste of time
one should have two
the ruling party and the opposition
in our case it would be the ANC and the DA
who cares about these silly little other parties
crazy I tell you
I watched some MK 89 this morning
what the hell were the members of the band Cobus thinking when they formed the band
The guy can’t even sing
I find that most afrikaans band are not in it because they love their TAAL
noways, they are in it for the money
cause it is the in thing to do
now there are a couple of guys that I really respect
look at Laurika and anton and lukas
those are people you can respect cause they know their Taal and the History of their people
someone else is Chris Chameleon
wow
the guy just launched an amazing album
he took afrikaans poetry and he put music to it…
now that is awesome
but then you look at this crappy stars like Nicholas Louw and Kurt darren.
what the hell is that
it feels to me like the afrikaans genre got stuck in early 90’s techno
Techno is dead and has been for the last 10 years
but these are just things I find strange in the afrikaans culture.
if only everyone could stand like one man like at the Loftus Faithful
maybe then we will get something done.
well,…I better get on with my work…
let bygons be bygons
